At MY FAVOURITE THINGS knitwear, we want you to love your handcrafted pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your knitwear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is folded neatly to prevent snagging during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned knitwear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
